Cristie began her career with CASA in July 2007 as the Program Director. She is now serving as the Executive Director for CASA for the Cross Timbers Area. She is responsible for the advocate supervisors and still actively trains and supervises the majority of the volunteers from Bosque and Hamilton counties. She assist the Board of Directors in the implementation of policies, procedures, and activities for the effective and economical operation of the agency. She serves as a liaison with National and Texas CASA and with private and tax-supported agencies on the state and /or local levels. Cristie also prepares the agencies budgets related to physical, financial and human resources, and is accountable for control of these resources once approved. Cristie holds a B.S. in Interdisciplinary Studies from Tarleton State University with a specialization in Reading and English. She is actively involved in the Stephenville Kiwanis club and serves as the first female president. Cristie is a single mother of two wonderful children whom she enjoys spending quality time with. Outside of work, she enjoys camping, cooking, listening to Texas Country music, watching football and spending time with her children and family.

Chelsea began her CASA career in December 2010. She now serves as the Program Director of CASA for the Cross Timbers Area, Inc. And also serves as Volunteer Coordinator for Erath and Eastland counties, training and supervising volunteers in these counties. She will be graduating from Tarleton State University in May 2011 with a B.S. in Human Science with a specialization in Child and Family Studies. Working with CASA gives Chelsea the opportunity to assist volunteers in being a BIG voice for children, and giving back to her wonderful community. When she is not working Chelsea loves spending time with her husband, family and friends. She also enjoys traveling, listening to country music, going to concerts and playing board games.

Hi, my name is Blair Young. I recently joined the staff at CASA For The Cross Timbers and am very excited to serve as the office assistant for CASA. I have worked several years with young children and hold a Child Development Credential in Early Childhood Development and current in CPR First Aide. I am so excited to begin this wonderful journey working to help assist and recruit Volunteers in becoming a big voice for children. When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my husband and children, cooking, sports, going on family road trips, and listening to music. I love my Lord, family, and friends dearly and look forward to a bright future working for CASA.
