Executive Director - CASA for the Cross Timbers Area, Inc.

Bill is a family man that enjoys every precious minute with his family to the fullest. He married Nancy Parker in 1969 in Fort Worth and finally settled near Tolar early in 1975. His two daughters (and six grandchildren) live in the same block. This makes quality family time easy to arrange. (Just the way he likes it) Bill is a graduate of Tarleton State University, an Ordained Minister, and a Rotarian and very involved in this community. Bill loves to sing and have fun. At every Fifth-Sunday-Singing you will find him giving it his all. Bill also enjoys working in the yard, fixing old cars and watching baseball and football.
